At Cozy Mama Co, each item is made to order with care just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • buyer’s remorse
  • change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after orders are placed.
